Autumn is Fun!

This past weekend brought another visit to the pumpkin patch/hay maze. J.P. got to feed some goats and sheep too. We also built our scarecrow for the front porch (a.ka. Pumpkin Man since we didn't want J.P. to think he was scary).

The cousins are on break this week so we've been hanging out with them a lot. J.P. misses playing with Henry, his idol, and enjoys any time we can visit him. He loves to wrestle and play tackle football when Henry's around. Monday was rainy and Chelsea had to work so we went to Chuck E Cheese, Tuesday to the park to enjoy the sunshine, and today to McDonald's playland.

Carson is struggling with a little colic during the late afternoon/evening hours. He seems inconsolable and Nick and I just play handoff with him. Last night it took forever to get him to sleep. But just when we reach the end of our rope, he sleeps from 10pm-6:25am. Hopefully that habit sticks. He sleeps a lot in the morning and we get lots of smiles/coo's.
